Deliveries

When an order has been placed to us it will be understood that you have read the following terms and conditions. 

We require basic information including: name, email, payment details, phone numbers and your address. This information is required to process your order. Your phone number is needed just in case there is an issue with the order placed and we need to contact you. 

Please note we will be unable to meet orders as a result of the following: 

  • We are unable to authorise payment

  • If the product you have ordered is out of stock

  • If our courier company is unable to deliver

Our standard delivery will cost £8.50 and will be with you within 5-7 working day and applies only to UK residents. We do reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price and ask addtional payment if required. 

Our express delivery will cost £15.00 and will be with you within 1-3 working days and applies only to UK residents.  We do reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price of delivery, and ask for additional payment if required. Please note we reserve the right to contact you if postage is more due to weight and/or size.

Our international standard delivery will be £15 but we reserve the right to add additional cost if the postage is higher. Despatch should be within 7-14 working days. However for larger orders, prices will be weight and size dependent, so we do reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price to take additional payment if required. Please note orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which is out of our control and you will be responsible for these payments. 

All prices are charged in Great British Sterling (GBP), the prices include 20% UK VAT. 

Before purchasing any items please check that your information provided is all correct and up to date.

Paypal Payments

Please note that you will be charged immediately for the whole value of the order placed. 

 

Returns Policy

As an independent, start-up company, goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all order details provided, and please obtain a proof of postage. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you receive a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item. 

Please pack your item with care, using all original packaging provided, as the goods are your responsibility until have been returned to our head office. 

If an undamaged order is returned in full to us within 14 days, a refund will be issued to you from three grey. 

We cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit when using Royal Mail, or any other alternative return services, which are not arranged via our team. 

If you wish to cancel your order(s), we are only able to issue a refund if you cancel within 12 hours. If you are wanting to cancel your order and get a refund issued, please contact us at threegrey@gmail.com. 
 

When returning an item, please make sure you send it to our office: 137 Gleneldon Road, London, SW16 2BQ.  

 

Refunds

It can take up to 7 working days from the date of the goods being delivered back to our office.  Before a refund is issued, we will inspect the returned item(s) and will notify you of your refund/replacement via email. 

Exchanges are only valid if the product(s) you have received are faulty. 

If the item(s) delivered are faulty, you are required to let us know within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Failure to contact us after this timeframe is no longer our responsibility and therefore we are not obligated to issue a refund. 

 

Website / Catalogue Product Pricing and Descriptions

Every product bought is sold, subject to its product description which outlines any further specific conditions that relate to that product including, without restriction, approximate delivery dates/times, warranties, after-sales support and guarantees. 

We undertake all reasonable care to ensure that all the prices and descriptions of products in our shop and on our website are accurate at the time when they were either entered onto our system or printed. Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date and accurate as possible, there may be very rare occasions when the information on our website (including product descriptions) at a certain time may not reflect or completeness of the information and cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions for the results arising from the use of such information. 

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website and in our shop are solely to provide an approximate idea of the goods they describe and do not form part of the contract between you and us and are not intended to be binding.

three grey will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or any other contract with you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any case beyond its reasonable control.

three grey may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contact any of its obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any obligations under these terms and conditions expect with the specific written permission of three grey. 

Any person who is not a party of these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in the conditions is indeed nor shall affect any of you statutory rights that may not be legally excluded. 

 

Territory and Law: 

The use of this website and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. 

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK Law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries form outside the UK, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
