I’m the first to love a Cosmo, Carrie Bradshaw - thankyou! and with the new Sex and the City, its getting a little bit of a revival! So I thought I would try the original recipe from 1934 found in a copy of a gin cocktail book written in 1934! The original drink was called A Daisy.

I love this version, see what you think? To me it’s not so sweet. Thankyou Diffords Guide. I dried some orange slices to serve or just use a fresh twist.

Three Grey Coupe!

50mls Gin, I used my local Haymans Dry Gin

15mls Cointreau

15ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

10ml Raspberry Syrup, I used Monins

10mls Chilled water in not using ice

Shake all the ingredients together with ice, strain into your coupe with crushed ice. Serve with your dried orange slice or fresh orange twist
